This is a Special Edition of the Weekly Roundup, focused solely on What’s New with Revit 2017 …….I would say all Flavors, but that’s one of the new things it’s just “Revit” in 2017, no more Architecture, Structure or MEP.
If you are going to be in the Edmonton area on Wednesday March 16th, then you should stop by and check out the second eBIMc meeting of 2016! I’m honoured to be the speaker for the evening, giving an encore presentation of my AU session from last December. I will also talk a little about some of the great new things that just came out in the latest FormIt 360 release on March 1st.
Another Autodesk University, or AU as we all call it is in the books, and once again it was just me and 10,000 + of my closest friends…..Oh yeah and a few friends not of this world!
This is all of the posts I’ve rounded up on AU2015, as I find more i will add them to this post and place an Update # at the top of the post. Now enjoy all the AU2015 goodness below!
It has been a long time coming, but today Autodesk released 4 more of their subscription add-ins for Revit 2016. these where released via the Autodesk Exchange Apps Store. In the pasted you could find them as part of your Autodesk Subscription Site (now your Autodesk Account).
Here are the direct links to the Add-ins on the Exchange Apps site:
So like many of you out there in Internet land I’ve been looking for, and waiting for some of the 2016 versions of the Revit Subscription Add-ins I’ve come accustom to getting every year when the new version comes out.
The AU 2015 acceptance emails came out this week, and I was lucky enough to get one again this year! This will cap off a busy year of Speaking for me with 2 classes at RTCNA 2015 in July, 2 Classes and RTCEUR 2015 in October, and then one more at AU 2015 in December.
This past week I received my copy of the 2016 version of the “Master Autodesk Revit Architecture” series paperback book in the mail. While this was not something new to me, as I’ve been “collecting” them since the 2009 version, this one is special. Why you ask, well because this copy came direct to me from one of the authors, Eddy Krygiel …….and it was signed!
A collection of observations and opinions from myself and my friends around the world in relation to the Architecture, BIM, Sustainability, Technology & Learning in the AEC industry. There's no space here for 'old skool' thinking.
