Anyone that follows this blog knows that I’m a big fan of the Mastering Revit series of books. Don’t believe me? Then check out this post here. Of course that doesn’t mean I don’t have room on my bookshelf for different Revit books and this post is about the latest addition to said bookshelf.
Another Autodesk University, or AU as we all call it is in the books, and once again it was just me and 10,721 of my closest friends!
I will start by sharing AU2016 by the numbers (at least according to the Autodesk University Website).
The registration for this year’s University is set to open on August 17th, and when it does you will have a ton of classes to choose from in all sorts of disciplines and software. I thought I would help out with the selection process by suggesting a few classes from this year’s course catalog.
The AU 2016 acceptance emails came out at the end of last week and I was lucky enough to receive one again this year! I was surprised, maybe even a little shocked, to read that I had been accepted for 4 sessions! Maybe I got 4 because AU classes are divided into four types: Instructional Demo, Hands-on Lab, Roundtable, and Industry Talk and I have a class for each type.
I am considering creating some more formal Revit training courses that would focus on the landscape. But before I take the plunge and start producing anything, I have two questions below, so I would really appreciate if you could take the time to respond.
Also, please share this post with anyone that you think might be interested. Thanks!
As usual, any additional comments are welcome.
