cBIMc Meeting – Leveraging the Cloud for BIM – Sept. 21st

If you are going to be in the Calgary area on Wednesday, September 21sth between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm you should attend the cBIMc meeting, it’s FREE!

Presented by:Martin Neault of Dialog

A Single Source of Truth
Bringing a Large-Scale Project Together in the Cloud

With a project team spanning multiple studios nationwide as well as several international external partners, DIALOG realized a single source of truth would be a must for the success of the $1B ICE District project in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Using A360 Collaboration for Revit cloud-based worksharing environment in conjunction with IMAGINiT Clarity for task automation, they sought to eliminate the common and costly hurdles of the standard FTP-centric workflow.

Achieving alignment by way of extensive BIM execution planning and coordination in advance, full collaboration was enabled from the single source shared files. To further improve internal efficiencies, DIALOG leveraged IMAGINiT Clarity to run essential scheduled tasks in the background, minimizing interruptions for their design and production teams through each project stage.

You can register at the cBIMc website, or by following the link below
